LEGAL
Privacy policy.
At Navtechy we protect client data like it’s our own: isolated, encrypted, and never used to train public models. This page explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information.
1. What we collect
Personal information
Information you give us directly when filling out our contact form, signing a statement of work, or communicating with us over email: name, company, job title, address, phone, email.
Technical & usage data
When you visit navtechy.com we collect standard web log data (IP address, browser, operating system, referring URL, pages visited). We use Google Analytics for aggregated traffic analysis — only if you consent via our cookie banner.
2. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and deliver the services you’ve hired us for.
- To invoice, account for, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve the site and the services we offer.
- To send occasional updates — only if you opted in.
3. AI & client data
We do not use your proprietary data, codebases, or prompts to train our own public models without explicit written consent. Engagements run in isolated environments, with logging retention you control. The IP stays yours.
4. How we protect it
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we use industry-standard practices and we only retain data for as long as we need it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct information that’s inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days.
6. Third parties
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email) and only to the extent they need it. We never sell personal data.
7. Questions
For any privacy-related question, email [email protected].
