WHAT IT IS
Workflow automation is the unglamorous backbone of an AI-native business. Extract data from inbound forms, classify support tickets, score leads, summarise meeting transcripts, reconcile invoices — all running reliably in the background.
We build these on durable execution engines (Temporal, Inngest) so long-running jobs survive deploys, retries are automatic, and every step is observable.
The LLM is a tool, not the whole engine. We use it where it adds value — classification, extraction, generation — and use deterministic code for everything else.
