Terms of service.

These terms cover your use of navtechy.com and the services we deliver. Engagements with clients are governed by a signed statement of work; these terms are the baseline on top.

1. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access restricted areas.

2. Services & engagements

Any paid engagement with Navtechy is governed by a written statement of work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW defines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and IP ownership. These terms apply only to the extent they don’t conflict with the SOW.

3. Intellectual property

All content on navtechy.com — text, case studies, diagrams, code snippets — is owned by Navtechy or our partners and may not be reused without permission.

On client engagements, IP ownership is transferred to the client on final payment, subject to the SOW. We retain rights to reusable components, libraries, and know-how developed outside the project scope.

4. Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us as confidential. We’ll sign an NDA on request before a scoping call if you need one.

5. Warranties & liability

The site is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any site-related claim is limited to zero.

Liability for paid engagements is governed by the SOW. As a general rule it is capped at fees paid in the prior three months.

6. Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access for material breach (e.g. abuse, attempted intrusion).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in India.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
