Navtechy provides AI and machine learning development services, including but not limited to custom LLM solutions, AI chatbots, automation systems, and AI integrations. All services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables outlined in separate agreements.
Full-Stack Development
We offer comprehensive web and application development services using modern technologies. This includes frontend development, backend systems, database design, API development, and cloud deployments.
SaaS Products
Navtechy offers various SaaS products that are subject to their own specific terms of service. By using any of our products, you agree to the applicable product-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Your Content: You retain all rights to your content that you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all custom work and deliverables created for you become your property upon full payment.
5Payment Terms
Project-Based Work
Payment terms for project-based work will be outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon completion of milestones or final delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. For SaaS products, please refer to the specific product's refund policy.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navtechy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Navtechy for the services giving rise to such claims during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7Termination
By You
You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use and notifying us in writing.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Survival
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
8Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
